Relatively soon it’s going to be one year since we purchased our home from you! The saying is true – Time flies when you are having fun!
We did not want the year to close without letting you know how appreciative we are with the follow-up you have provided us over the past year after the sale of the home. Even as we looked at the house prior to the purchase we could clearly tell your attention to detail is no less than extraordinary. As you know, this is our fourth home purchase, and we appreciate the attention you placed in ensuring that the little corners of the home not only looked pretty, but served a useful purpose as well; this is not found in many new homes today.
As it is expected when buying a new home, the few issues that we had were immediately taken care of by you. As an example, you immediately installed a 30 AMP plug in the garage so that we could provide power to our coach. You did this at no additional charge and it was completed before we even knew it. You have always been available at any time for us, and you have resolved every issue in a very friendly and speedy manner. Your concern and attention are also evident in your frequent visits to the other two homes in our development to ensure that everything is being taken care of properly.
Needless to say, we are very grateful to have you as our builder and on-going contractor. Your many recommendations and accommodations have been a blessing for us, particularly when coming from California to Tennessee, where things are a bit different. This type of attention and caring does not automatically come with the purchase of a new home; we believe we got lucky it was you, and we most heartily recommend you to anyone interested. You have made things easy and fun!
